About the Job
We are looking for motivated salespeople to join our on-site Residential Leasing Team.Candidates will be responsible for interacting with clients looking to rent apartments in Jersey Citys largest and most successful residential community. Responsibilities will include meeting -and-amp; greeting customers, conducting client/property tours, inspecting the preparation of apartments, preparing and executing application and lease documents, advertising apartments, working with outside brokers and reporting on daily and weekly activity.
Based on the Jersey City, NJ waterfront, directly across from Manhattans World Financial Center with direct access to the PATH train, Newport is a mixed-use community consisting of retail, residential, office, leisure and entertainment facilities. The residential portfolio consists of twelve luxury buildings and over 4,000 apartments with additional new developments currently under construction.
Required Skills:

- 1-3 years of experience in residential leasing, on-site experience a plus
Ability to effectivelywork as ateam
Customer Service oriented
Good organizational,communication,-and-amp; computer skills
Weekends required
Must have a new jersey real estate license
Aggressive draw + commission structure + free parking
